Summary:
On September 14, 2006 at approximately 10:00 PM, Deputy Teem responded to Fir Ridge campground in Burnt Woods, OR on an intoxicated female causing a disturbance.
Upon arrival Deputy Teem contacted several witness who said Elizebeth M. Fulton, 53 years of age, was highly intoxicated “pounding” on other camper’s trailers trying to gain access to their trailers and vehicles. Fulton was contacted by the Deputy and verbally resisted the Deputy’s effort to place her into custody. Fulton was placed into custody for Disorderly Conduct II.
Fulton was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged for Disorderly Conduct II with a bail of $5,000.00.
