Summary:
On 09-05-2006, Deputy John Beckwith of the County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a domestic assault at a residence on East Devils Lake Road in Otis. The investigation revealed that Edward J. Pink Jr., age 42 of Otis, caused bruising to his girlfriend’s arms, knees and back. The investigation also revealed that Mr. Pink had placed his girlfriend in fear of serious injury during the disturbance. Mr. Pink was subsequently taken into custody without incident and was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged for Domestic Menacing and Harassment. His bail was set at $10,000.00.
