Summary:
On August 27th 2006 at about 1230 hours, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Gary J Davey cited Adrian Espinosa Hernandez, 26 years of age of Newport into Lincoln County Circuit Court for Criminal Trespass II and the Unlawful Cutting and Transporting of Minor Timber Product.
Espinosa Hernandez was cited and released subsequent to a private property owner filing a complaint with the Sheriff’s Office regarding subjects continually trespassing and illegally harvesting salal from his property adjacent to NW Cross Street in Seal Rock.
