Summary:
On June 27, 2006, a Lincoln County Deputy Sheriff, took a complaint of burglary and criminal mischief to a residence at Holiday Hills RV Park in Lincoln Beach, OR. A neighbor saw a suspicious vehicle and two subjects at the victim's residence and wrote down the license plate number. With vehicle information and statements concerning the male and female seen at the victim's residence on June 26, 2006, the investigating deputy developed two suspects who live in Albany, OR. On 073006 the investigating deputy drove to Albany and with the assistance of Albany PD, interviewed then arrested both suspects for the Lincoln County crimes.
Kristy Lynn Bellis, 33 and Cory Ray Hanah, 33, both of Albany, were arrested in Albany and transported back to Lincoln County. Bellis was charged with the crimes of Burglary in the First Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree. Bellis' bail was set at $107,500. Hanah was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Burglary in the First Degree and Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree. Hanah's bail was also set at $107,500.
