Summary:
On July 22, 2006, at about 2:15 PM, Deputy David Boys, with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation on Panther Cr. Rd. in Otis. A subsequent consent search of the vehicle revealed that a baggy of methamphetamine was being transported in the vehicle. The driver, Debra A. Klingel age 54 of Otis, was arrested for Unlawful possession of methamphetamine and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where her bail was set at $25,000.
