Summary:
On July 22, 2006 at about 11:00 PM the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash on Business Hwy 20 near milepost 5. Upon arrival Deputy Cummings made contact with Raymond J. Mullenix, age 39, from Lebanon, Oregon. Mr. Mullenix was the driver of a purple 1995 Ford Ranger pick-up involved in the crash. Deputy Cummings detected signs of impairment and conducted a DUII investigation. Mr. Mullenix was subsequently arrested for DUII. Mr. Mullenix was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where his bail was posted at $7,500. Mr. Mullenix's vehicle was impounded.
