Summary:
On July 20, 2006 the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office received a 911 complaint of an intoxicated driver leaving the 76 service station in Waldport, Oregon. Deputy Lance Cummings located the vehicle, a gray and black 1986 Chevy van, and initiated a traffic stop. Deputy Cummings contacted the driver, identified as Barbara L. Ognibene, age 50 of Yachats, Oregon and detected signs of impairment. Deputy Cummings conducted a DUII investigation and arrested Mrs. Ognibene for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Mrs. Ognibene was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she provided a breath sample. Mrs. Ognibene's BAC was measured at .19%. Mrs. Ognibene was lodged at the jail and her bail was set at $7,500.00
