Summary:
On June 28, 2006 at about 11:46 p.m. while traveling east on U.S. Hwy 34 near mile post 2 Deputy Cummings obseved a 2001 black Mazda four door car swerve all over the road. Deputy Cummings made a traffic stop on the vehicle for failure to maintain lane of travel. Deputy Cummings contacted the driver, identified as Joseph G. Topp, age 51 of Waldport, Orgon and conducted a DUII investigation. Mr. Topp was arrested and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample. Mr. Topp's BAC was measured at .24% Mr. Topp was lodged at the jail on $7,500.00 Bail
