Summary:
On 06/25/06 at about 12:16 p.m. Sheriff's Deputies Barry Bruster and Abby Dorsey were dispatched to a report of a male subject masturbating on the side of the Highway 101 near NW Spring Street in Waldport. Deputies arrived on scene and contacted, Steven Valdas Davidson, 50, of the Newport area. Davidson admitted to masturbating in public, and was taken into custody for Public Indecency. Davidson was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged.
