Summary:
On June 23, 2006, at 8:50 PM, Deputy David Boys was dispatched to Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital regarding a female patient who had been involved in an altercation with her husband. Deputy Boys contacted Mandy Myers, age 27 of Otis at Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital. Mandy Myers reported that her husband, Roger Myers, age 21 of Otis, had physically assaulted her this evening when they were at 385 N Deer Drive in Otis and she received multiple injuries to her face and head. Deputy Boys contacted Roger Myers in the hospital lobby and continued the domestic assault investigation. Roger Myers was taken into custody for Assault IVdomestic and transported to the Lincoln County Jail, bail was set at $7500.
