Summary:
On June 15, 2006 at about 1:00 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff's deputies and Oregon State Police, responded to a disturbance at a residence in Depoe Bay, OR. It was determined the disturbance was domestic in nature and did not rise to the level of a crime. The female half of the disturbance had left the residence prior to police arrival.
Further investigation revealed that during a similar disturbance at the same residence on June 13, 2006 at about 9:30 PM, the male resident was assaulted by his girlfriend of the same address. On June 15, 2006 at about 1:30 AM, Sheriff's deputies contacted Holly D. George, 38, of Depoe Bay, who was located at a different Depoe Bay residence. George was taken into custody for the assault that occured on June 13, 2006. George was arrested for the crime of Assault IV, Domestic and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged on $7,500.00 bail.
