Summary:
On May 28, 2006, at 10:30 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a noise complaint at 290 Bunchberry Way, Depoe Bay. A neighbor was reporting that loud music was coming from 290 Bunchberry way and that the occupants had not complied with repeated requests to quiet down.
Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies and Oregon State Police Troopers responded to the address and observed a large party occurring inside. The deputies and troopers entered the residence and located multiple minors who were in possession of alcohol. The deputies and troopers issued a total of eleven minor in possession (MIP) of alcohol citations. Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Vertner Cited: Meredith A. Daniel age 20 of Eugene, Milad S. Sedeh age 20 of Beaverton, Ryan M. Hitchcock age 19 of Eugene, Jennifer L. Tuska age 19 of Eugene, Jacob R. Hoffart age 19 of Portland and Carrie A. Gregory age 20 of Englewood, Colorado.
