Your Sheriff's Office welcomes communication and feedback from our citizens. Please use the Citizen Communication Form (pdf file*) to convey your concerns to the appropriate supervisor. The form may be used to:

• Commend an employee of the Sheriff's Office for a job well done.
• Is there praise or criticism that you would like to provide regarding the employee.
• To provide information to your Sheriff's Office.
