Welcome to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Citizens' Online Reporting System. Using this online citizen police report system allows you to submit a report immediately. Please confirm the following to find out if online citizen police report filing is right for you:
  1. This is not an emergency. If this is an emergency, call 911.
  2. This incident occurred within Lincoln County, but outside of the cities of Newport, Lincoln City, Toledo, and Siletz.
  3. There are no known suspects. A known suspect is when you or someone else knows the person or where to find the person who committed the crime or when you have the license plate number of the vehicle the suspect(s) were in.

  • Upon review, if further investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted by a deputy.
